This is a strictly Type 1 community created by the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. I just recently found this one so I don't know too much about it. Can't wait to investigate!

A great site for tracking and analyzing bloodsugars. You can even post blood sugars through twitter, and/or have your sugars pushed to your twitter account!

Very similar to SugarStats but has a seamless iphone and mobile version. Glad I found this gem!

This is an extremely useful resource for people with medical conditions that do not have health insurance coverage. It is a list of programs all across the country that assist people in these situations.
